Nutrition Course

Improve the health, mood and fitness of you and your family.

A small group of 6-10 individuals

Learn how to feed yourself and your family for improved health, in a relaxed, friendly and supportive environment.  Classes take place daytime and evenings and last approximately an hour.

The Nutrition Course is run by Alexandra Barton – a member of BANT (British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy) and author of ‘Recovery from CFS – 50 Personal Stories.
